Weekly Learning:
Reading: We will read a variety of poetry this week. The common theme among the poems is Winter Holidays. We will focus on reading with accuracy and fluency. We also will emphasize asking and answering questions, and locating the main idea and finding evidence to support that idea.
Spelling: Please check the spelling tab.
Writing: We will be creating and sharing poems about a variety of topics.
Math: Topic 7 is focusing on division and explaining how division is the inverse operation of multiplication. We will use a variety of strategies to solve division problems including number sentences/models.
Social Studies: Back with me for the next Social Studies topic. More information coming soon.
